Lavare il peperone e le carote. Sbattere le fettine di carne e renderle omogenee e sottili. Al centro adagiare un filetto di peperone tagliato a listarelle e una fettina di carota tagliata a bastoncini. Salare e pepare.

Wash the bell pepper and the carrots. Beat the meat until the slices are even and thin. In the centre of each slice, lay a fillet of bell pepper and a strip of carrot. Salt and season. If you want, add parmesan or other cheese to taste. Roll up the slices paying attention not to let the vegetables fall out. Fasten in place with a toothpick. Cook evenly on all sides in a pan with some oil. A few minutes before ready, add some cooking cream and the Crema del Piave. Serve the roulades hot together with the sauce.
