1 knob of butter
4 thin slices of San Saverio cheese
1 twig of rosemary
Sal and pepper

Fate sciogliere il burro in un tegame con un rametto di rosmarino. Rosolate sul burro le bistecchine da entrambi i lati e aggiungete sale e pepe.

Melt the butter in a pan with a twig of rosemary. Brown the steaks on both sides in the butter and add salt and pepper. Lay the cheese over the steaks, cover the pan and continue cooking for a minute. Serve hot.
