In un contenitore capiente mescolare bene la "Ricotta misto pecora Tomasoni", la carne di maiale e di vitellone, il pane e le uova; formare un polpettone e adagiarlo in una teglia da forno.

Use a large container to mix the Tomasoni mixed sheep’s ricotta, the pork, the veal, the bread and the eggs; knead into a meatloaf and place in a baking tray. Add two twigs of rosemary, two leaves of sage, a knob of butter, a glass of white wine and two cloves of garlic, plus teo cloves on top of the meatloaf. Cook at 180 °C for an hour and a half.
