Cuocete le erbette, strizzatele molto bene e tagliatele a coltello. Trasferitele in una ciotola, unite lo 'Stracchino Probiotico' a pezzetti, l'uovo precedentemente sbattuto con il sale, il pepe e la noce moscata.

Cook the chard, drain well and slice. Place in a bowl, add the probiotic stracchino in pieces. Beat the egg with salt, pepper and nutmeg and add to the chard. Lay the pastry into a pie tin, pour in the compost and fold the edges towards the centre. Cook in the oven at 200 °C for half an hour.
