400g of thin sliced soft bresaola
200g of Stracchino Primo Light

Tagliate a julienne l'insalata a disposizione. Disponetela equamente sui piatti. Preparate la salsa, emulsionando l'olio e l'aceto balsamico con un pizzico di sale. Distribuite la salsa a filo su tutti i piatti.

Cut the lettuce into strips. Spread evenly over the plates. Prepare the sauce and mix the oil and the balsamic vinegar together with a pinch of salt. Sprinkle the sauce over the plates. Prepare the bresaola rosettes and place a piece of Stracchino Primo Light Tomasoni in each one. Lay the rosettes on the bed of lettuce. Variations: replace the balsamic vinegar with apple vinegar or lemon juice; sprinkle sesame seeds or poppy seeds over the dishes.
