500g of tomato puree
150g of squaqquì

Grated goat’s cheese

Soffriggete l'aglio nell'olio; aggiungete la passata di pomodoro, il peperoncino, il sale e il basilico e fate cuocere il tutto lentamente per dieci minuti; alla fine aggiungete il prezzemolo.

Stir fry the garlic in the oil, add the tomato puree, the chili pepper, the salt and the basil and cook on a low gas for ten minutes; at the end add the parsley. At the same time boil the pasta, drain it and add the sauce and the squaqquì. Leave until it melts and serve with a sprinkle of goat’s cheese.
