Cuocete a vapore il petto di pollo per dieci minuti. Scolate i filetti di acciuga, lavate le insalate e i pomodorini. Unite insieme la Crema del Piave, la senape, i filetti di acciuga e passateli al mixer.

Steam the chicken breast for 10 minutes. Drain the anchovy fillets, wash the lettuce, the radicchio and the tomatoes. Blend the Crema del Piave, mustard and anchovies. Spread the mix onto the crackers, lay the lettuce, the radicchio, the sliced chicken and the tomatoes. Drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil.
