Mentre l’acqua della pasta raggiunge il bollore , in una padella fate dorare la salsiccia a pezzetti con un filo d’olio evo. A cottura ultimata mettete la salsiccia in un piatto e nella stessa padella fate un soffritto di aglio e olio e fate cuocere i funghi a pezzetti già puliti.

In a pan, cook the pieces of sausage add a little olive oil and the washed mushrooms. Add parsley, salt and simmer for 6-7 minutes. Plunge Trofie in boiling salted water and drain when ready. Pour them in the pan with the mushrooms and add Robiola and sausage. Garnish with parsley before serving.
