In una casseruola dorate la cipolla con il burro, aggiungete il radicchio lavato e tagliato a pezzetti.

In a large casserole dish, cook the onion with butter until golden, add Radicchio previously washed and sliced. Stew for a few minutes, then add the rice. Add the broth little by little and stir continuously. Cook for 9-10 minutes. Finally, when it is cooked, add Stracchino allo Yogurt stirring vigorously, and chopped hazelnuts. Serve hot.
