Mondate il radicchio e tagliatelo a pezzetti. Pelate le pere e ricavatene delle fette. Al centro del piatto adagiate il radicchio, le pere e con due cucchiaini formate delle quenelle di robiola da adagiare sull'insalata.

Wash the Radicchio, remove the outer leaves and cut it. Peal the pears and slice them. Lay the Radicchio and the pears in the centre of a plate, Using two teaspoons, shape some Robiola into egg shaped dumplings and place them on the salad. Add chopped walnuts and season with a vinaigrette of olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar.
