Wash the Radicchio, remove the outer leaves and cut it. Peal the pears and slice them. Lay the Radicchio and the pears in the centre of a plate, Using two teaspoons, shape some Robiola into egg shaped dumplings and place them on the salad. Add chopped walnuts and season with a vinaigrette of olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar.
