Lavate e pulite le verdure. Tagliatele per lungo con un coltello ben affilato. e adagiateli su una teglia rivestita di carta forno.

Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut them into thin slices lengthwise with a sharp knife and lay on a baking tray covered with baking paper, season with salt, olive oil and oregano and cook for other 6 minutes. Serve hot as a side dish or a light main course.
