Tagliate il petto di pollo a cubetti, infarinatelo e passatelo in padella con un po' d'olio. Fate dorare bene e sfumate con il vino bianco.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add the flour and pan-fry with little olive oil. Cook until golden brown, simmer with white wine until reduced and season with salt. When browned, add a few pieces of Dolce Tomasoni and melt it with the chicken. Serve with a fresh side salad.
