Mini Anchovy Flan with Cherry Tomatoes, Potatoes, and Crema del Piave

Prendete 4 stampini monodose in alluminio, rivestiteli di burro e pangrattato. Deliscate e pulite i filetti di alici e adagiateli sul fondo e sui lati degli stampini, facendoli fuoriuscire leggermente.

Butter 4 individual aluminium tins and cover with breadcrumbs. Gut anchovies and lay the fillets on the bottom and on the sides of the tins, leaving a small part of the anchovies stick out the edge of the tin. Fill with chopped tomatoes, boiled potatoes cut into cubes and a teaspoonful of Crema del Piave. Close the mini flan folding the final part of the anchovies and cook in the oven at 180°C for 6-7 minutes.
