Lavate il cavolo cappuccio e tagliatelo a listarelle. Fatelo stufare in padella con un po' d'olio e un po' di sale.

Wash the cabbage and slice it thinly. Stew it in a pan with some olive oil and salt. Prepare the spring rolls filling a slice of beef with a piece of Caciottella, half a slice of ham and some stewed cabbage. Shape the rolls and sprinkle with flour. Brown them on all sides in a large pan. Simmer with white wine until reduced and finish with some salt. Serve hot.
