Ricotta di bufala Pankakes with Red Fruits Syrup

250 g Ricotta di bufala Tomasoni
150 ml whole milk
100 g flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp of baking powder
red fruit jam
15 minutes

Nel frullatore inserite tutti gli ingredienti: la ricotta, le uova intere, il sale, la farina, il latte e infine il lievito.
Mescolate bene e lasciate riposare 10 minuti.
Riscaldate una padella antiaderente leggermente imburrata (una noce di burro) e versate un mestolo di composto.

Blend all the ingredients together: Ricotta, eggs, salt, flour, milk, and baking powder. Stir well and let it rest for 10 minutes. Heat a slightly buttered nonstick pan or griddle and spoon ¼ cup of batter on it. When you can see little bubbles on one side, toss and cook on the other side. When all the pancakes are ready, prepare a syrup adding some water to red fruit jam, to make it into a liquid. Pour it over the pancakes. You can garnish it both with sweet or salty ingredients.
