140 g butter
200 g caster sugar
100 ml milk

1 bag (2tsp) of baking powder
1 small cup of coffee

Se volete velocizzare i tempi ottenendo un ottimo risultato utilizzare il mixer o la planetaria.
Mettete le uova e lo zucchero e frullate.

You can use a food processor in order to save time. Blend eggs and sugar, add softened butter, then flour and baking powder. Beat it well, then add milk, Crema del Piave and last of all coffee. Mix it to a creamy consistency and put the batter in a previously buttered ring-shaped baking tray, Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. Serve warm and sprinkle with icing sugar.
