Mix the squaqquì with the sugar in a bowl. Wash the peaches and chop into pieces. In a pan caramelise the peaches with the sugar for a few minutes. Prepare the cups as follows: a layer of caramelised peaches, a layer of stracchino cream, more peaches and the sliced almonds on top.
