The creamery processes over 40,000 kilos of cow, goat and buffalo milk every day, coming from 28 dairies in the province of Treviso.

About 20 types of  cheese are made with loving care by the Tomasoni family for those who cherish the flavours and tastes of the past. A wide part of the products are protected by the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) certification.

Our cheeses are still hand-packed, one by one, respecting the strictest hygiene procedures. In order to protect their quality and freshness, the company uses a self-managed distribution network which guarantees an efficient delivery from the warehouses to the retailers all around Italy.
